Imperial stout with coffee and Brettanomyces.
Pitch black. A veil of light brown colored foam.
In the smell a lot of coffee, and then the brett, strong but not too extreme or overwhelming.
Same notes in the taste, good brett, good coffee, the alcohol is completely hidden.
Beside that, obviously, toasted noes, some hint of chocolate.Pleasant and interesting.
Light body.
Not too long, but intense and pleasant aftertaste.
Really good.
