Tawny brown, zero foam. Lite cookie dough, slight booze, some cinnamon zest. Silky smooth, hint of mint in the back palate. Not bad.

Served on cask @ the Daily Pint for a Ballast Point event.
A: Pours black with a thin hand-pumped tan head leaves barely a trace of lace.
N: Straight up "thin mint" cookie with some roasted dark chocolate ganache.
T: Not too sweet mint or chocolate, fairly well melded together, but still lots of mint. Nailed the cookie.
M: Full body and light carbonation. Creamy, minty chocolate finish.
O: A novelty, but nicely done and not overwhelming at all. Cheers.
