On tap at the Ballast Point Tasting Room and Kitchen.
A: clear, dark red-brown with a very good, durable tan head and spotty lacing.
Aroma:delicious roasted malts with hints of chocolate and coffee.
Flavor: follows the aroma but not quite as great.
Feel: Medium-full body with soft, medium carbonation.
O: an excellent, robust version of the style worth seeking out.
