Served via cask at the Old Toad in Rochester, NY.
Pours a golden hazy yellow, with a bubbly classic cask looking head, and a lot of lacing down the glass.
Smells very, very Citra-ey, juicy and fruity as hell.
The taste is similar. Cask conditioning this one with Citra has made it a complete Citra bomb, overwhelming everything. No malt presence is noticed, with tons of orange, pineapple and grapefruit flavors, with some distinctly catty flavors as well.
This one has a fairly light body, with a very low amount of carbonation (as per the serving type). Very drinkable.
A most excellent cask creation, glad I got to try it.
