Consumed at the Carrol Place brewery on September 12th, 2015.
Like all Ballast Point beers, brilliantly clear with a nice head.
Aromas of melon and pine.
Flavor is smooth. Malt is subtle and subordinate to juicy and piney hops. Significantly bitter.
Dry and well-attenuated. Carbonation prickle.
Very good but not sure about how it will fit in to the BP line-up if they move it out of R&D and into production.
