Less head and head retention than other Victory at Sea variaties and the spiciness drowned out some of the positive qualities of the basic Victory at Sea brands. Having said that I myself love spicy foods and spicy food pairings and this beer seems like it would pair well with a ton of foods providing you have a love of the spicy side of life and food.
