On tap at the Miramar location.
Very pale yellow beer with a whispy head.
Intriguing and complex nose of lemon, coriander, and pine. It's very dry.
Lemon juice in ice water. Do I taste Brett? It is a very tart Saison and very clean. There are hints of spices and yeast.
Thin and effervescent.
The aroma is more complex than the flavors. The flavors crack the whip for more lemon tartness. It's even a bit sterile, clean crisp tart lemon, while being wild.
