On tap at the Miramar location.

Nice clear light brown beer with a generous white head that stays.

Crisp yeast and hearty malt that is bready and whole grain cracker like.

Sweet up front, it gives a creamy feeling and moves on to a mature, clean medium roasted malt and clean medium bitterness. There is a slight herbal hop flavor.

The carbonation is medium-high and has that tight, small feeling.

I'm not sure I've had a Kentucky Common before, but this is simple perfection. It showcases malt without sickening sweetness.
