L:. Pours a dark red with a small white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Dark cherry, notes of some funky Brett, some sourness, red wine notes, some light toasted bread underneath.
T:. Dark cherry, some funky Brett, a nice tartness and sourness, notes of red wine in the back end, some toasted bread. Lots of moving parts but it all works well together.
F:. Medium body and good carbonation.
O: Lots going on in this beer but it all works very well together.
