5 ounce serving at the Ballast Point 11th Anniversary celebration, this was something pretty cool to see because Yuseff actually brewed this out of his home as an experiment and decided to offer it at this event
Pour was a golden yellow color with a soapy head and tons of carbonation
Smell was full of straw and different hops, something you would smell when walking into a homebrew shop, that is how fresh the hops were to give you an idea, very grassy and floral all the way through
Taste was dry and seemed more like a pale ale than a lager until the skunkiness hits, few different things going on with this beer, starting to drink a lot more of these frsh hop beers and liking them more and more each time, very nice result from something the brewer was trying out for the first time
Could drink a lot of this because it is very light and goes down easily, tasted great with the bratwurst I ate alongside it
