According to the menu, this is a "curry stout with cumin, cayenne, coconut, and kaffir lime leaf."
Dark brown color with a brief beige head. No lacing on the glass.
The curry aroma is strongest in this beer. There's a touch of sweetness along with other milder spices.
Initially I get dry, dark chocolate. Mid-taste there's some lighter hot chilies added to the flavor. The body is rich with ample carbonation. The finish is tingly with flavor most closely resembling all spice. The carbonation enhances this. I don't know if the barrel adding had much of an effect because of the interesting combination of additives.
