Most of these salt and lime offerings tend to disappoint, only a couple of them I've tried are really good. This one is pretty average. No foam or lacing at all, faint aroma - decent refreshing taste and alright on the tongue. Won't look for this again.

Attractive clear amber brew with exuberant foam in the tall Pilsner glass. Citrus nose. Pleasant mouth-filling spritz. This tastes properly beery, with a touch of hops and some bready malt. But mostly the lime lingers and the salt is distinct. It's not a bad combination, and the fruit actually taste like lime juice with a little peel. It's even slightly bitter in the aftertaste. This is more something to gulp than to savor, though. From the 19.2 oz can purchased at the supermarket. Dated 05/02/23.

12oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $2. Canned on 03/15/2023, so this beer is 3 1/2 months old.

Look: Pours a light golden color. Very clear. There was a nice fluffy, white head upon pouring. The head reduced to a single finger and then a rim clings to the glass. Nice steady stream of small and tiny bubbles rising up.

Smell: There's a nice malt sweetness, perhaps some pepperyness, along with refreshing lime zest and juice aromas. I don't think that there's corn in here, but I get corn-like notes coming through.

Taste: It's more bitter than I was expecting. It's light, tasty, and refreshing. There's a very herbal finish on the palate, with more peppery from the nose and a good measure of Noble hops. Getting pith on the finish as well. It's not so easy to taste the salt.

Feel: It's light to medium bodied. Very easy to drink.

Overall: This is good, but to me it's not as good as some other lime or salt/lime beers. I prefer my lime beers to have a bit of tang and juice to them, and this one is bone dry. For me, the aroma is the best part of this beer.
