Sampled this one on tap at the Ballast Point Brewery/Home Brew Mart in San Diego. This is Abandon Ship “dry-hopped” with dried chipotles. Poured a somewhat rusty brown color with a smallish light tan head on top. On the nose, I get canned chipotles in adobo sauce, chilis and a little smoke. On the palate, this one is medium bodied, with a little smoke, lots of chipotle/adobo, and a lingering heat on the back of the throat. Very good, in small servings.
