On cask at Beachwood I, this is Black Marlin Porter with 3 Sheets soaked cranberries, clove, cinnamon and nutmeg,
A: Pours a dark brown almost black with a frothy off-white head, nice lace.
S: Heavy on the rum and cranberries. Brown sugar, very fruity.
T: Dark chocolate predominately, the winter spices come out more here. Light notes of cranberry.
M: Medium-bodied, a tad thin at times. Frothy, creamy, easy drinking.
O: The nose was great in this beer, unfortunately the flavour didn't live up to it. Still a good beer, I like the experiment.
