On tap at Pittsford Pub in Pittsford, NY.
This one pours a moderately dark brown, basically clear, with a small head, and only a small amount of lacing.
This one smells like quite strong bourbon, with raisins, caramel, toastiness, and other generic fruitiness.
This one is very, very barrel forward. There's a lot of bourbon here, but that honestly doesn't translate to heavy booziness, which is nice. There's a lot of oak, and some vanilla, with a subdued portion of the base still poking through, mainly dark fruitiness and a bit of toffee. This reminds me of a piece of dark bread that's been soaking in bourbon for days.
This is medium bodied, not quite thick enough, with a good level of carbonation for the style.
I wish the base was a little bit more robust, but the barrel character here is really pleasant.

On-tap at Oakquinox
A murky brown color with minimal off-white head. Only a mild bourbon aroma, but some nice oak notes, just a hint of vanilla. The malts are well represented with good bread, toast, and toffee. Maybe a little bit of brown sugar. The flavor is good, but not great. Mild to moderate bourbon with some toffee, brown sugar, and vanilla. Very little, if any, alcohol heat.
