Poop when opened. Almost no head. Clear pale amber liquid.
Sweet phenolic yeasty smell. Some hops. Bitter hints and some cereals.
Sweet flavours, some phenols (soap). Yeast and lots of sweet red apples. Some mild spices (cardamom, coriander, cloves) and wheat flour. The aftertaste is mild with some mild alcohol, apple juice and dry hints of ripe red berries and a very mild bitterness.
The carbonation is mild, the small bubbles are few. The liquid is light, yet a little sticky.
An odd tripel, more like a carbonated apple juice. Not a bad brew, though.
