"Neighbour Ale". Brewed with barley from the neighbour's fields. Mallings hops from Austria + one more hop variety.

The colour is pale gold (10 EBC). The liquid is almost clear (the beer is bottle conditioned). The finger thick head sinks quite quickly. Lacing occurs.
The smell is sweet with cereals and honey. Hints of honey and exotic fruits.
The taste is young and quite raw, reminding of a German Kellerbier. Exotic fruits, yeast, sweet dough and some hay. Quickly passing bitter notes. The aftertaste is semi-sweet with notes of wheat flour, honey candy, pineapples and mango.
The carbonation is mild, the small bubbles fresh. The liquid is smooth and sticky.
An interesting beer with lots of exotic fruit flavours.
