A: Pours like a mannish boy (Muddy Waters...). A small off-white head evades almost instantly - no lacings.
S: Mild smell, some sour notes. Obvious rye, kind of bready. Some citric freshness. Faint chocolate.
T: Harsh dry rye dominates, bready. Flowery and citric. Red apples. Some bitterness.
M: Long bitter aftertaste, fantastic. Smooth and buttery medium body, while carbonation is held back.
O: Not bad, but way too mild in flavours. The best thing is the bitterness from the rye and the bitter hops.
