From my notes: this was one of two beers on tap on the Creole Queen riverboat cruise on a recent trip to New Orleans (the other was Bud Light). Though I'm not a fan of this particular style, this beer was fairly pleasant. On their website, they claim to have wanted to create a fairly light beer without sacrificing flavor, and I think they largely succeeded (it certainly beats any light beer I've ever had). Amber, almost brown in appearance, with an off-white head that sticks around for a couple minutes. Slightly fruity, bitter aroma. Initial taste is bitter, balanced by a slight malty sweetness, then bitter again in the finish. All in all, not bad, and most definitely better than its competition on the night I drank it.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
