Sampled months ago at Oldsmar Taphouse.
A: Pours an amberish shade of orange with a small white head. Okay retention with some spotty lace.
S: Aromas of mild caramel malt, bread, pine, and a strange earthy type aroma.
T: Mild sweet malts, pine, and a bit of herbal hops. There is a strange off type flavor going on that I can't put my finger on.
M: Medium in body, with good carbonation.
D: Just okay, didn't really like this one too much.

Appearance: This beer poured a nice reddish amber color with a huge off white fluffy head.
Smell: Wonderful grassy and citrus aroma.
Taste: A nicely balance IPA. This one has a nice hop bitterness with a slight malty backbone which gives it decent balance.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation.
Overall: This is a fairly decent IPA. I've had better but this one is good.

I stopped by this brewery while on a mini-vacation in Minneola this week. I was excited to try something new and visit a brewery for the first time. I tried this brew first and was impressed. Plenty of IPA hoppiness, nice color, and fairly easy to drink. They're onto to something with this one, though the other brews were nothing to write home about.
