Had this on tap at the brewery.

Appearance: This beer poured a great orange color with a nice fluffy, white head.

Smell: This one had nice smells of citrus and cloves.

Taste: Fantastic brew! Had some wonderful citrus and clove notes as in the nose. Banana really not to present but was slight. Also had a nice tart flavor with hints of spiciness.

Mouthfeel: Medium/Low carbonation and medium body

Overall: Very sessionable brew. This is something I would look forward to drinking every visit.

On tap at Kickbacks Gastropub in Jax. Very, very hazy beer, even for an unfiltered Bavarian hefeweizen. Smelling plenty of banana and cloves in the nose. Very smooth and refreshing, easy to drink, a very pleasant surprise from a very small in-state brewery. Probably hard to find outside of Orlando right now on tap, but I would give it a try if you are in the mood for this style.

A: Pours a nice orange, straw color. No head at all. Not sure if it was from the bottling. Slightly hazy.

S: Smell is light and of cloves.

T: Reminded me of Blanche, but not nearly as much flavor. Cloves, sweetness, not much bitterness at all. Seemed like a hybrid but similar to Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier, just not nearly as strong or as much presence.

M: No carbonation except a slight tingling in the tongue. Very light bodied.

D: Very easy to drink. No notice of ABV or carbonation.

Good taste, needs some tweaking to get it right. I wish it had more carbonation.

On tap at Coasters Pub in Melbourne, FL.
This is the first time I've tasted these folks' beer. It pours a slightly hazy, but mostly translucent golden color, with a thinnish white head that settles down into nearly nothing. Doesn't look much like a hefeweisse.

The smell is sweet and candy-like. I think I am getting some cloves here, but this looks and smells more like a Belgian triple than a hefeweiss.

Taste is sweetish, malty and a little fruity. I have got to say that I do enjoy the taste, and it tastes more like a hefeweisse than it looks.

Drinkability is pretty good. The sweetness and a bit of tartness work well together.
