Thanks to JLindros for sharing this can with me from Brazil.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice slightly clear darker brown hue with a good one finger off white head that fades to leave a thin wispy blanket and light lacing.
S - Aromas of rather prominent and strong metallic as well as ashy notes. Some light biscuits and bread, little bit of standard Brown Ale aroma and just a flash of old, stale coffee grounds and a little bit of almost decomposing vegetables.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with more of those metallic notes. There is a decent amount of older cafe flavour with an almost sweet nuttiness. some stale coffee too. Almost syrupy chocolate as well. There is more of that almost penny flavour on the finish as well.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, crisp, almost syrupy.
O - Overall this was a relatively lackluster beer. Perhaps this beer is from 2016? Disappointing.

Brought back from Brazil by the in-laws, shared with rudzud
Pours a large fluffy creamy off-white head with moderate retention and good lacing, dark hazy chestnut brown color
Nose brings roasted coffee, burnt coffee, ashy like roast, a touch metallic twing, some minerals possibly part of the metallic note, sweet brown malts, molasses, a little caramel toffee like, fair amount of that ashy character
Taste also starts ashy, smokey like with roasted burnt coffee, some roasted malt notes, a little metallic again as well as the minerals, some bitterness from spicy hops, some creamy brown malts, toasted biscuity with molasses and a little toffee, drier finish but sticky, lingering smokey coffee
Mouth is med bod, a bit creamy, med-higher fluffy carb
Overall not that great, maybe some age to it, but the ashy smokey and metallic notes were not great, and overall wasn't very enjoyable

I was lucky enough to get this Bottle from my lady on her way back from Brazil. I might be a little bias since I live in Tampa and love CCB & I have a Brazilian wife, but I will try and rate without bias. Here we go, pours a 1/2" thick white head. The color is clear reddish brown . Smell is chocolate and coffee but the chocolate dominates the nose. Smells very good. Taste as it smells, sweet chocolate with a hint of coffee. Extremely smooth, almost no aftertaste. Feels very light and watery with mellow coco dominating the pallet. Brewed with oatmeal and I think this helps balance it all. Overall this has got to be the most smoothest coffee/ chocolate beer I've tried yet, I know it's not a stout but for a flavored brown ale this is a phenomenal example of style. Watch out for Brazil they are brewing some great beers down there.
