On tap at the Westside location.
Opaque red, brown body with ruby edges and a tan head. Poor retention but excellent lacing. Hints of over route soft fruits in the aroma and taste.
Slightly boozy flavor and aroma.
About equally bitter and sweet, with faint smoke.

Appearance: Tawny dark-amber brown body capped with a medium-sized, ivory-hued head.
Smell: A sufficiently sweetish nose, smelling of toffee and milk chocolate, boosted by notes of apple, banana and cracked clove.
Taste: An amalgam of chocolate and sweet toffee with well-toasted bread. Slight backdrop of roastiness. Fruity accents of apple, light banana. Minor herbal hop character and light bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Just a good, solid drinking beer.
