Smell: A tame breadiness with a very, very light hint of toasted grain. Small hint of yeast. Touch of dried herb.
Taste: A soft, French loaf breadiness with a little toasted grain. A low, brief honeyish sweetness. Herbal, lightly spicy tone. Lightly bitter. Drying, easy-breezy finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Charmingly quaffable!
