On tap at the Westside location.
Hazy yellow gold color with a good white head and plenty of lacing. Some sediment.
Very fruity aroma with plenty of pineapple.
Pineapple in the flavor too, along with other tropical fruits and buckwheat pancakes.
Mildly bitter finish. Borders on 8.
Light bodied to the point of being a bit watery, but that seems more acceptable here than in most beers.
Overall: excellent choice in the gluten free world.

Appearance: Served up a clear, lightly hued, golden body with a thin, wispy white layering on top.
Smell: Very lightly scented brew, with just thin traces of sorghum syrup and lemon verbana.
Taste: That curious, altogether distinct sorghum taste, though fairly light here. Hint of grains soaked in watered-down honey. A spritz of lime juice and some soft florals with a light bitterness. The flavor continues to lighten, continues to slacken, until it’s just, poof, gone.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Lightly carbonated.
Drinkability: I wouldn’t be thrilled to drink this beer if I had to go gluten-free. I’d just stick to wine, most likely.
