Five Seasons Westside took their Belgian Style beer most resembling a Tripel or Quad and aged it in 5 different whiskey/bourbon barrels. Each has unique qualities with common threads shared as well.
A: no head on a cloudy crimson body.
S: fairly well balanced aroma with Tripel and whiskey present however overall mild and light compared to the others.
T: very sweet. Caramel and orange up front overwhelms with floral sweetness fading to a fairly boozy, sharp bourbon flavor.
M: medium body and little carbonation and smooth.
Overall: sweetest of the series. One of the more dynamic of the series.
