Served on tap at Pri Kmeta brewpub in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Appearance: poured into the 350mL Kmetsko glass. Slightly cloudy, gold color. 2 finger pure white head with poor retention.
Smell: Light lemon and citrus. Light bread..
Taste: Noticeable lemon tinge all the way through. Somewhat bready. Finishes with a light malt and nice balanced character.
A nice crisp beer to relax with at lunch on their summer terrace.
