Look: Burnt orange in color with a prolific off-white head that settles to a lid, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Freshly baked bread, raw dough, lightly toasted bread, some toffee, floral hops, and toasted crust
Taste: A truckload of bready malt comes out swinging with toast, dough, and warmed bread all in play and begin to develop depth. Floral hops come next and dance well with the malt through the middle and close
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean, crisp, and lightly soft on the finish
Overall: I dig it. A tasty and well-made Oktoberfest from a brewery I respect and enjoy, plus it’s in a 22oz Bomber/Pounder, which is awesome and old-school. This is delicious and checks all the style boxes for me so glad I got to try it and if you see it, give it a go
