Last year’s Tannen Bomb has been aging in Stein Bourbon barrels for a year. It features rich notes of toffee, caramel, and fruit, balanced by a generous dose of locally grown hops with a touch of vanilla, toasted oak, and tobacco leaf from the barrel aging.

Had this beer yesterday at the Holiday Beer Fest. This is a mild beer for a Strong Ale and the aroma is also mild. Maybe I had too many stronger stouts. Very well-balanced malt, hops and bourbon barrel aroma and tastes. Rated 12-8-2024
