I drank this beer at PapaEugene's place today. I had some terrible Swiis beers lately and our beerbuddy Rvdoorn brought this one along.
Poured in a beerotica tasting glass this beer was terrible in one word. No real beer you should drink when you are in Switserland.
Yellow fluid with a fairly decent head but that disappeared fast. Some sweetness and i snesed some heavier alcoholnotes.
Forget this one...

Bottle acquired in Hauptebahnhof, Zürich, Switzerland, last week and served into a Weihenstephan hefeweissbier glass we borrowed from Delirium Cafe. Reviewed live.
A: Pours a one finger head of slight cream, decent thickness, and fair retention. Colour is a dark gold - nontransparent but not solid.
Sm: Caramelized malt, brewing sugar, and bittering hops. A moderate strength scent. Standard fare for the style.
T: Way overdone caramelized malt, with some nice fringe nutty tones and slight bittering hops on the climax. Too sugary and far too malty, ruining the balance. It's built poorly for the style.
Mf: Smooth and wet, complementing what little good flavour is present in the body.
Dr: A very poorly executed, hard to find, expensive, and low drinkability beer. This is one to avoid. I expected more after trying other offerings from this brewery.
