Got this in the Christmas gift pack. Sounds like a new addition to the lineup.
Described as "clearer and more effervescent than one usually expects for our time period" from the blog. For a pioneer period brewery, this translates to lightly hazed, medium amber.
Sweet on the nose with a bit of citrus - lemon and faint orange. Definitely quaffable, with a very mild, clean bitterness. Husky grain and orange rind.Light-ish body and fairly crisp.
Not terribly complex, but I quite like this one. Sessionable.
