A-Bright golden yellow with a medium bright white head that reduced to a thin cap of retention that left decent lace.
S-Light floral hops and a bit of sweet biscuit malt. A hint of pinot gris grape in the background.
T-Light floral hop zip with an underflying support from sweet biscuit malt. Semi-dry finish.
M-Medium-light crsip and semi-dry with a light lingering bitterness.
D-Nothing crazy or ground breaking here. A simple pale ale equivalent to an American Pils. A light, let's not scare the locals, crisp, refreshing and easy drinking brew. Not hard to drink but leaves you wanting something more.
