Served in a half-pint glass. Reviewed April 2011. From notes.
A: Pale with a creamy head. Very high clarity. Golden-brass colour. Faint lacing.
S: Standard cask creaminess/cheesiness with a nice fruitiness and a hint of sour.
T: Disappointing, considering the funky old-school pump-clip art and the promising name. Boring. Soft, smooth, and gently fruity (green apple). The apple is the only redeeming flavour feature. The aftertaste is fairly heavy, but neutral.
M: Substantial and filling; smooth and pleasant.
O: Serviceable, I suppose, but quite forgettable. Not recommended; would not have again.
