This is another cask-conditioned beer served at the real Sherlock Holmes pub next to Trafalgar Square, and after sampling the companion Dr. Watson's porter, I had to give this one a go as well. It's close to an ESB, but maybe not quite as bitter. I could also call this a European pale ale. Either way it was very good, but I preferred the porter more.
