On tap at Simmzy's in Venice. Fruity, but not sweet. Vinous. Herbal. Bitter. Biscuity. Effervescent. Dry AF. Delicious!
My only beef is the lack of head and subsequent impact on the aroma, which wasn't bad, but could've been better.
