A - Pours a dark orange-amber with a thin white head.
S - Caramel malt, earthy hops and some slight banana esters. The brewer though I was crazy for detecting banana, perhaps I'm just overly sensitive to some specific flavors from the yeast. I dunno. Still smells nice, luckily I like banana :)
T - OK, again, banana. Dark roasted banana, like in a Dunkelweizen. Maybe I'm crazy. Sweet malt and dark brown sugar are there, too.
M - Medium body with crisp, sharp carbonation.
D - Really good beer, probably my favorite of the 5 or 6 we sampled that day.
