On tap served in a standard pint glass.
This beer suffers from the same short falls as >90% of their beers: no head and virtually no aroma/nose. Sadly it's been an ongoing issue and one that doesn't seem to be resolved anytime soon.
This offering particularly suffers from both since a fluffy head and huge nose are center points for the great weizenbocks.
Taste is mild in comparison with most of the action on the very front end that fades rapidly to an almost zero aftertaste. There is a hint of what this beer wants to be but it just doesn't have the legs to bring it home.
Mouthfeel is very light, too light. But oddly the booze is present.
Overall, par for the course for the Ruddy Duck, which is pretty average. They have done some pretty decent beers but this just isn't one of them. Drinkable but certainly not memorable.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
