One of my favorites from Chris at BBC. On tap poured into shaker pint. Hazy reddish-orange body with a half-finger of bone head that sticks in patches. Aroma is grass, tropical fruit, caramel malt, and some pine resin. Taste is moderately sweet up front with tropical fruit and caramel notes followed by grass, pine, and pepper bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture, moderate carbonation, bitter finish.

Poured from a bomber into a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, almost opaque, ruby-copper coloring, with a thin, filmy halo of head. Aromas of rich caramel, resinous and tropical fruit hops characteristics, and some grassy notes. The nose leans on the malty side. Flavors are very robust, with a blast of tropical fruit forward, mainly pineapple and apricot, with a subtle pepper spice and grassy characteristic in the backbone. Very well balanced. Solid malt profile accents the tropical hops characteristics very well. Smooth, mid-bodied, with a sweet linger like a tropical fruit salad. The finish is slick, smooth, and has a solid linger of the spiced and grassy hops characteristics. Solid brew!
