The bière de mars was not a bad experience for this brewery. Reddish orange translucid tone, slight fizzy and disappearing head. Smell mostly of Malts and hops, sweet and inviting. The taste, between a malt and yeast sweetness and a certain sourness, reminds of some strong lagers, but with a more moderate taste- perhaps like some bieres de garde. Slightly bitter at the end. decent taste.
