This was brewed again, at least for the Dundas and Yonge location. This is one of the beer surprises of the year for me. Rich clean malt with just the right roasty quality and vibrant but not stereotypical American hop flavours. It doesn't have the yeast background of most of the Trois Brasseurs line - not that I could tell - and I'd guess a more neutral or American ale yeast is used. Very fine, if it was a regular item I'd go to Three Brewers much more often.
