I'm trying this at the Oakville location. It poured a slightly hazy yellow with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of of orange peel. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. Some citrus peel presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a decent beer.

Belgian-style bomber, served with a 3 Brewers chalice.
This beer pours a medium pale reddish brown colour, with one finger of soapy off-white head, which leaves no lace as it drops away. It smells of mild yeast, dark fruity malt, sugary raisins, and earthy, weedy hops. The taste is mild raisiny malt, a very subtle woody sweetness, and earthy hops. The carbonation is a little too strong at first, but tails off, the body is decently weighty, and a bit cloying overall, and it finishes a bit off-dry, some clammy sweetness persisting.
This seems like the latest dumbed-down entry into Canada's maple beer scene. Nice presentation, but pretty average otherwise.
