Golden blonde ale with subtle bitterness. Fermented three times, the last fermentation in the bottle gives this beer a rich, creamy foam.

Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a good size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of sweet malt with light peppery yeast with subtle floral undertones. Taste is a good mix between some sweet Belgian malt notes with some light peppery yeast notes and some dry floral undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Well brewed though lacking some of the fruity ester that I usually enjoyed in this style.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow colour, with a big white head that settles down eventually but leaves a half inch that sits on top of the brew. Smells ok, nothing great but not bad either. Yeasty and hints of hop in the nose. Very effervescent and has a bready presence on the palate, as it warms it gets better and a nice hop presence is established. Drinks well. I would have it again but wouldn't go crazy if I didn't.

Light yellow colour with abundant white foamy head that diminshes to about a permanent one-eighth. Sweet yeasty aroma, even a tad funky as it warms. A creamy mouthfeel, that initially is astringent at the edges. Drinkable, unexceptional. As it warms and builds, more hop is experienced in the finish.

750mL swing-top bottle at The 3 Brewers in Toronto. Pours a golden-yellow colour with fairly thick white head with some minimal lacing. Smells of herbal hops with some dry Belgian yeast. Flavour is quite dry, but a bit sweet for a tripel. Nice carbonation. Good beer for The 3 Brewers, though nothing too special.
