Enjoyed at the 3 Brewers Toronto. Using saison yeast their regular blond beer, and spices. Cloudy yellow-golden, my pint glass reveals one-inch of retained white head. Thick lace. Aroma is yeasty. Very good drinkability, one of their best. Suitable carbonation, very peppery, possibly a little rye.
