Copenhagen 20/11 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Drawing of Prince Henrik in a golden frame on the label.
Pours hazy orange with a yellowish head. Settles as a thin patchy layer of foam.
Aroma is fresh and fruity. Base of sweet malts. Straws. Fruity notes. Sweet apples and gooseberries.
Medium strong carbonation and a watery palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is unripe berries and finish is semi-dry.
Nice tart summerbeer - and less boring than many Kellerbiers I've tasted.
