Copenhagen 1/10 2023. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Hornbeer's usual can design with a hipster for a hop flower for beard in a yellowish brown version.
Pours opaque hazy and slightly dirty yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears completely after a short while. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet odor of coconut and Stone fruit mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus. Sweet peach and coconut. Hints of pineapple. Lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sourish streak. A tad thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A NEIPA and a coconut is a strange combination.
