Copenhagen 24/6 2023. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Dark blue and orange can with a hipster with sunglasses and a beard made out of a Hop flower.
Pours opaque, hazy and golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, puddles of foam floating about. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits and a hint of fermentation. Mingling with a distinct citric scent. Notes of pine. Sweet mango and apricot. Grapefruit and lime. Resin.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while . Finish is semi-dry.
Not too heavy and well-balanced DIPA.
