Copenhagen 10/8 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Orange can in Hornbeer's usual Hop Gun brand design with the hipster with a hop flower for a beard and sunglasses.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles patchy later of foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with citrus fruit and a whiff of vinegar. Sharp. Peach and mango. Citrus and grapefruit. Tart gooseberries.
Rather strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong acerbic bitterness. A bit tart. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Sharp and acidic Shooter.
