Copenhagen 5/3 2020. 50 cl. bottle from Beerlivery web-shop. Two struggling cocks acting as lawyers on the label.
Pours murky copper brown with a medium-sized yellow-is head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and quite sweet with a sour streak. Vinous, slightly boozy sweetness. Dark fermented fruit, caramel, brown sugar. Light grainy sour odor.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, yet tingling texture.
Flavor is heavy sweet followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bittersweet with a light burnt tang. Lingerig. Finish is sugary, sweet and boozy.
