Summer is brewed with an extract of organic elderflower and orange, giving a natural sourness and freshness. Summer has hints of elderflower, citrus and honey, which make it perfect to be enjoyed in the summer warmth.

Copenhagen 29/9 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Guy in King's outfit including red cape and golden crown jumping aimlessly around.
Pours unclear, golden amber with a medium-sized, white creamy head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Almost no lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense, sweet and very much malty. Caramel, toffee with hints of brown sugar. Notes of leather and fruity sourness.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet with more moderate sourish, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and malty. Lingers for a bit.
Very much on the malty side. If you need your daily dose of caramel, this might fit the bill.
