Starts with a large bubbled head but when it settles there's a fine layer of bubbles. Initially, there's some chunky but spotty lace. The color is dirty gold and cloudy.
I note a large amount of yeast to the nose, giving it a Belgian feel. Otherwise, the smell is typical pale ale aromas without any hop.
Surprisingly prickly from a spicy hop presence. Reminds me a lot of a homebrew with the yeasty, bread-like qualities. The aftertaste is a blend of allow these things and it lasts a long time in my mouth. Good body with an elevated level of carbonation.
